Common Questions

Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes. You may cancel with 30 days' written notice sent to info@indieartistconnect.com. Your membership remains active through the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.
What happens after I make my first payment?
You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after payment. An IAC team member will follow up within 48–72 hours with your member portal credentials, onboarding instructions, and details on your first scheduled session.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. IAC never stores your card information directly.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. Simply reach out to info@indieartistconnect.com or schedule a call at cal.com/indieartistconnect and we'll adjust your membership accordingly.
Do I need to sign the agreement before paying?
We strongly recommend it. The Membership Agreement protects both you and IAC and outlines exactly what you're enrolling in. Please sign and email it to info@indieartistconnect.com before or at the time of your first payment.
What is the Major Power plan?
The Major Power plan ($599/mo) is an invite-only premium tier for artists at a major-label readiness stage. To inquire, email info@indieartistconnect.com with your EPK and career overview. The IAC team will review your submission and follow up.
