This Membership Agreement is entered into between Indie Artist Connect ("IAC"), a division of A&R MusicExec Consulting Firm, and the Member identified below. By completing and digitally signing this Agreement, the Member agrees to all terms and conditions herein. This Agreement is effective upon receipt of the signed copy and initial payment.

Select Your Membership Plan

4.1 Membership Term. This Agreement commences on the date of first payment and continues on a month-to-month basis unless the Member selects a quarterly cycle. Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice.
4.2 Payment & Renewal. Membership fees are billed automatically on the same calendar day each month (or quarter). IAC reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to maintain an active payment method may result in immediate suspension of Member benefits.
4.3 Cancellation Policy. Members may cancel at any time by providing written notice to info@indieartistconnect.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months. Quarterly plans cancelled mid-cycle are non-refundable.
4.4 Refund Policy. IAC does not offer refunds for services already rendered. In the event of a billing error, the Member must notify IAC within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
4.5 Member Conduct. Members agree to conduct themselves professionally within all IAC platforms, events, and communications. IAC reserves the right to revoke membership, without refund, for violation of community standards, harassment, misrepresentation, or fraudulent activity.
4.6 Intellectual Property. Membership does not transfer any intellectual property rights. Any materials, templates, or resources provided by IAC are for the Member's personal, non-commercial use only and may not be redistributed or resold.
4.7 Confidentiality. Members may have access to proprietary information, industry contacts, and non-public resources through IAC. Members agree not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent from IAC.
4.8 Limitation of Liability. IAC is not liable for any lost profits, lost deals, missed opportunities, or other indirect damages arising from membership. IAC's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Member in the preceding 3 months.
4.9 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Fulton County, Georgia.
4.10 Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between IAC and the Member regarding membership, superseding all prior oral or written communications. Amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
